The experience at Dicksons of Inverness was good because my Sales Adviser Ross Sinclair made me feel I really mattered. He seemed to know what would suit my personality as well as my practical needs. I’m sure Ross could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. I have been a Dicksins’ customer for 20 years, (I’m now on my fourth Kia) and the Service Team girls, especially Juliet & Alison, have gone above & beyond to help.
