I would not recommend Dicksons of Inverness because road tax wasn't mentioned. I was offered free delivery but I had to pay extra for the fuel. The AdBlue level was only at a third full. I had hoped that my private number plate could have been transferred but it wasn't. I still don't understand the make up of the invoice. It wasn't the delivery driver's fault, but the car was very dirty when i took delivery (the roads had been salted). Altogether it was quite poor customer service. I am left with a disappointing experience.
The staff at Dicksons of Inverness were good because they adapted to me boing a remote buyer, with Ross quickly putting together a guided video tour to help me decide. I was a cash buyer and was very pleased to see there was no aggressive upselling beyond the cost of the car. Car was delivered promptly and at the time agreed.
I was happy with the service at Dicksons of Inverness because they have a great selection of vehicles and I received excellent service.
