My experience at Dicksons of Inverness could have been better because the car was not in a drivable state when I picked it up. Was told I would have to wait almost 2 weeks before it would be sorted despite picking it up last Saturday. It should have been checked over before I was given it.
Eventually took it back today and was given a courtesy car till it’s fixed.

There was no pressure, no sales tactics. Just a very honest salesman who clearly cared very much about attersales service and reputation. Very easy to deal with and I genuinely can't fault the condition of the car when I picked it up. I'll be back and will recommend this garage to friends and family.
